Returns

  • Customers may request a return only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned through the method agreed upon at the time of resolution.

Exchanges

  • Where possible, defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product rather than refunded.

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Any product returned after the 7-day window.
