Customers may request a return only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned through the method agreed upon at the time of resolution.
Where possible, defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product rather than refunded.
If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
